GWR Group Limited (ASX: GWR) (“GWR” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NT Tungsten Pty Ltd (“NTT”) has executed a Sale Agreement with Davenport Resources Limited (“Davenport”), for the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Hatches Creek Tungsten Project (“the Project”) in the Northern Territory.
