On 4 June 2014, GWR announced that it had acquired a 16.5% stake in TGN. The provision of the management and technical services reflects an emerging strategic relationship between the two companies. GWR’s management and technical resources will be made available to TGN to support the development of its flagship Kilba Project in the Gascoyne region of Western Australia.
